Release stagnant energy throughout the body, uncover space & close with a loving-kindness mini meditation. Perfect for any time of the day & year. There are moments to practice crow, bound side angle & headstand if you want to, but these are very optional.
Pregnancy : cat-cow instead of belly to ground cobras. When twisting in lunge, stay centred or open in the opposite direction. Instead of spinal twist, you can take lying tree pose or finish with a fold that feels good for your body.
Always speak to your GP before getting involved in any physical movement.
