• Poha-1/2 cup
• water- to wash poha (as required)
• Dahi-1/2 cup
• salt to taste
• finely chopped green chillies- 1 tsp
• grated cucumber-1/4 cup
• Mustard oil-1 tbsp
• rai/mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
• jeera/cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
• few curry leaves
• few peanuts- roasted
