Mediterranean beach house || The Sims 4 Speed build

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I decided to build a Mediterranean beach house in The Sims 4 inspired by Greek architecture. I tried to achieve a minimal design to show the beauty of white Greek walls and a simple yet special Greek house design.

I put the main focus on outdoor living as a plus of living in the Mediterranean.

This house is built in Tartosa, on the 50x40 lot. It's made for a family of four. Parents and two kids!

It has a master bedroom, a kid's room, an activity room, 3 bathrooms, an open concept kitchen with a dining and living area, an office, and a huge outdoor space.

♡ IMPORTANT!!!!

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, in order for everything to stay in place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi (   / 58259532   ) and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.

♡ Unable The sims 4 cheats (If you have a Better BuildBuy mod you have this automatically) :

First type: ctrl + shift + c
Then type: testingcheats true - press enter
Next cheat: bb.showhiddenobjects
Next cheat: bb.showlive edit objects
Next cheat: bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement
In the search menu type: DEBUG
AND UNLOCK DEBUG SECTION
with all the items from the game

P.S Don't forget to use bb.moveobjects cheat when you're placing my builds ♡
