Flower painting, rose oil painting. How to draw a rose realistically

Hello! 💗🌸💖In this video I show how to realistically paint a rose in oil. I outlined a rough drawing of a flower, then used red ocher to outline the drawing with a thin brush. I did the underpainting without white. Next, on the dried surface of the canvas, I refined the design with white, applying it in thin layers.

The colors I used: red ocher, cadmium purple, dark cadmium yellow, grass green, lemon cadmium, natural Leningrad umber, Prussian blue, indigo.
