Do you confuse how to use เอา/ao/, ไป/bpai/, มา/maa/ in Thai? In this lesson, I will unfold the secrets how to use those words in Thai language.

Take
เอา...ไป
/ao bpai/

1. Don’t forget to take the umbrella
อย่าลืมเอาร่มไปด้วย
/yàa leum ao rôm bpai dûuay/

2. You can take this one
คุณเอาอันนี้ไปได้
/kun ao an née bpai dâai/

3. Someone took the wrong key
มีคนเอากุญแจไปผิด
/mee kon ao gun-jae bpai pìt/
มีคนเอากุญแจผิดไป
/mee kon ao gun-jae pìt bpai/

4. Could you take this letter to John please?
ช่วยเอาจดหมายนี้ไปให้จอห์นหน่อยได้มั้ย
/chûuay ao jòt măai née bpai hâi jon nòi dâai mái/

5. The 10 am flight will take 150 passengers to Sukhothai
เที่ยวบิน 10 โมงเช้าจะพาผู้โดยสาร 150 คนไปสุโขทัย
/ tîieow bin sìp mohng cháo jà paa pôo doi săan nèung-rói-hâa-sìp kon bpai sù-kŏh-tai/

6. Don’t’ forget to bring the shirt
อย่าลืมเอาเสื้อมาด้วย

7. The chief brings the gardeners to water the plants
หัวหน้าพาคนสวนมารดน้ำต้นไม้
/hŭua nâa paa kon sŭuan maa-rót náam dtôn mái/

8. I asked my daughter to bring me a cup of tea
ผมขอให้ลูกสาวเอาชามาให้
/pŏm kŏr hâi lôok săao ao chaa maa hâi/

9. Could you please bring me the ketchup?
ช่วยเอาซอสมะเขือเทศมาให้หน่อยได้มั้ย
/chûuay ao sót má-kĕuua têt maa hâi nòi dâai mái/

10. The bus is out of order on the way. We have to bring another one.
รถบัสเสียระหว่างทาง ต้องเอารถอีกคันมา
/rót bàt sĭia rá-wàang taang • dtông ao rót èek kan maa/
