New strats worth between 1.5 and 2.5 secs since the last set of runs.
In previous runs I tried to optimise the swimming section, by having him go north and getting more than 1 (up to 3) underwater M9 shots. In some difficulties this would be enough to leave you one less punch at the end. Since then though, I realised that if he goes south instead, he just comes out of the water a whole second earlier - that's equivalent to 3-4 punches.
The other big change is to remove the coolant rise altogether. Assuming he jumps left (there's only enough time to commit to one side, and the cramped area on the right is much more difficult), there's just enough time to rise from prone normally and reach him. This cuts out the menuing from stinger to coolant, and also lets you get 2 punches for free during his initial slash. Overall this one change is worth about 1.5 secs.
It doesn't make a difference which cycle you get 9 punches in, but it could save a little time if you were able to leave it to the last full cycle.
