Round 1 was supposed to be Johnny Crash vs “The Stupendous” Nicky Hyde.

Hyde didn’t wait for the bell.

Before the match even started, Nicky Hyde blindsided Johnny Crash with a vicious surprise attack and took him out. No warning. No mercy. Just a message from The Pillars.

With Crash unable to compete, The Rising’s newest member, “The Future” Carter Cash, stepped up on a moment’s notice to take Johnny’s place.

Carter brought speed, heart, and high-flying offense, trying to shock Hyde and keep the tournament alive for The Rising. But Hyde had an answer for almost everything, countering Carter at every turn and taunting the crowd while he dismantled him.

This wasn’t just a match. It was a trap, and Carter walked into it anyway. Should Ref Martens have even let this match take place?
