After two years of planning, Manna on Main Street's Online Market Hub (the Hub) opened on Monday, September 9.
A Grand Opening and Community Celebration was held on Saturday, September 14, attended by hundreds of Manna stakeholders. This film, directed by 731 Productions, showcases that celebration and the impact the Hub will have on the greater North Penn community.
The Hub, located at 10 N. Cannon Ave., in the heart of Lansdale, marks a dramatic expansion of Manna’s services amid skyrocketing demand for food. The Hub allows Manna to expand fulfillment of online orders of groceries from clients, and it functions as the central receiving site of food donations for all of Manna’s Market operations and for Manna’s Kitchen to-go meals, transporting food to Manna’s North Penn Commons site daily.
The Hub is a critical component of Manna’s 10-year Campaign: A North Penn Where No One Is Hungry, launched in 2022. This campaign, we believe, is the fulfillment of Manna’s 43-year vision “that everyone might be fed.”
