A bit of cloud around but otherwise a lovely start to Christmas Day here in Noosa. A light 3 to 5 knot north westerly breeze blowing at the river mouth. A bit of slop and chop on the bar and in the bay. Not many boats heading out while I was there. BOM forecast is for north westerly winds 15 to 20 knots tending north west to south westerly 10 to 15 knots in the late evening. Seas: Below 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres offshore. Swell: Southerly below 1 metre. Weather: Partly cloudy with a 70% chance of showers. The chance of a thunderstorm. Filmed between 5.20am and 6.40am which was a couple of hours after a 0.63m low tide.
