Where Simple Living Begins | What Camping Taught Me

I spent a weekend exploring what simple living really means through camping and hiking. What I discovered is that minimalist lifestyle isn't always as simple as it appears. It takes work, extra steps, and showing up for the inconvenience. But in that process of slowing down and letting go, I found something beautiful.

This video documents my minimalism journey toward intentional living, from mindful eating around the campfire to practicing present moment awareness on long hiking trails. There's something magical about camping life that strips away complexity when you focus on one thing at a time and just have enough for basic needs.
