The vast and seemingly never ending Namib desert has a stark beauty and it like nowhere else on earth. Here you can explore the country by 4x4 in a rental or stay in luxury lodges. We mostly camped and did the trip in a small car. The Honda Jazz did not let us down! Namibia has some incredible camping opportunities with everything from basic bush campsite to luxurious clamping experiences.

Namibia is a place that rewards taking the effort to go off the beaten path and really explore. In this episode we travel Southern Namibia by car traveling on dirt roads and highways learning its natural history and marveling at its epic landscapes. This is just the beginning of our epic road trip that will take us from South Africa across Namibia and on to Botswana.
