The last couple of years, Lionel has incorporated Bluetooth technology into its model railroad engines. The LionChief Command App 2.0 allows you to control your model locomotive through an Apple or Android tablet or smartphone.
The LionChief Command App allows you to control the direction, smoke, sounds, and the front and rear couplers. You can even set speed controls and give the mobile device to a friend or family member who has never controlled a model train before. You'll never need to worry about having them run the train off your o gauge layout.
