The handmade pasta of Il Pastaio restaurant in Dubai was definitely the most delicious pasta I had ever tasted, the masterpiece combination of the freshness of handmade pasta with different ingredients in a beautiful environment of Il Pastaio restaurant made a unique night for me and my friends.

When I went to the Sirali restaurant, I was invited to Il Pastaio chain restaurant, which is very famous in Beverly Hills, America, and their handmade pastas are masterpieces and have many fans. The head chef of the restaurant, Mr. Giacominodrago, is from Sicily, Italy, and the handmade pastas he made were among the most delicious pastas I have ever eaten. Here they make their own pasta with the best quality and are extremely delicious.
In the kitchen of Il Pastaio restaurant, they are going to make several types of pasta for us, such as spinach taglioni pasta. To begin with, they fry some garlic and shrimp in their special olive oil, which comes from Sicily, and put the spinach taglioni pasta in boiling water, tomatoes, salt and arugula all with fried shrimp, and finally added a little pasta water to the previous mixture, fry it all together for a short time and serve. The next pasta was taglioni pasta, olive oil, a little salt, a little butter, starchy water, a little truffle oil mixed together and finally the pasta is added to it with a little water and parmesan cheese.
The interesting thing for the final serving of taglioni pasta was that inside a large cheese, in the middle they mixed the pasta with truffle sauce, which gives the pasta an extremely delicious cheesy taste. And for the last pasta, they roasted the pasta with parmesan cheese, fresh basil and tomatoes, and was amazing. They also made a special drink for us called Rose Negroni, which combines Gordon's pink gin, sweet vermouth, a splash of French rose wine and a little ice, then a little orange zest and dried strawberries, and I must say it's incredibly delicious. Apart from pasta, they also have different dishes, such as veal, which I had eaten before in Vienna, Austria, and it was very tasty.
