Today, the boundaries between work and life are blurred. The overabundance of information and the existence of redundant communication channels has posed a new challenge of developing ways to preserve our mental fortitude. The fast pace of life combined with the innate desire to be accepted makes it difficult for an individual to say “no”. Through this talk we aim to explain the need to define and maintain our physical and mental boundaries. Compartmentalizing the different aspects of our lives and ensuring that they don't overlap is an essential technique through which an individual can preserve his self-esteem, self- efficacy, confidence and prevent fatigue. The topic aims to bring to light an individual’s right to exercise their choice when faced with societal or professional expectations. Dr Aruna Broota is a globally revered psychologist, trusted mind-body-soul transformation expert. She has over 40 years of experience. She completed her MA in Psychology from Delhi University, post which she did PhD in Clinical Psychology from Delhi University.

She is serving as Trainer and Mentor in various schools and colleges where she helps parents, family elders and educators understand the child's anxiety and prepare their ground for building their future. Children, on the other hand, are made to realize life truths of better self-management and how to deal with failures.
