Another tiny project I worked on alongside the Ms. Pac-Man Tengen hack. This is the Pac-Mania NES Improvement rom hack, which was built on top of an obscure rom hack from a Japanese website known as "Pac-Mania Repack".
In summary, this makes additional changes to the graphics, sounds, and music, as well as balancing the speeds for all the stages (which was my main gripe with the original).
