Mark H asked how to write a random number program for DOS, that would generate a random number in a range. If you give it 16, it should return a random number from 1 to 16. Or if you give it -10 and 10, it should return a random number between -10 and 10. This is a great demo program to write, and I wanted to share it as a video.
