The Philadelphia 76ers unveiled a statue for Allen Iverson in front of their training facility on Friday, with Iverson joining fellow franchise legends Charles Barkley, Wilt Chamberlain, Julius Erving, Maurice Cheeks, Billy Cunningham, Hal Greer, Bobby Jones, Moses Malone, and Dolph Schayes along the Sixers' "Legends Walk" in front of the training complex.
Iverson, the 1997 NBA Rookie of the Year and 2001 NBA MVP, gave a lengthy interview afterwards where he discussed his relationship with the city, the run to the NBA Finals in 2001, his mindset to leave everything he had on the court and, yes, his practice habits.
