in this vlog we go through a real and raw week in my life during second semester. I wanted to show that no matter what mental and emotional lows, pushing to stay consistent is always possible. I also tried a new gym with my friend and attempted to get back into routine.
I hope this video reminds you that it's okay to have off weeks and that showing up (even in small ways) still counts.
