How to CREATE A FLOWCHART (with examples)

This short video will walk you through the creation of a flowchart, how it works and what it's good for. It will help you become organized with your systems and processes.

Flowcharts help to show up a process – a system – that can be repeated over and over again. It shows progression…the start, the middle, and the end. A #flowchart can be created and saved to use over and over again. If the process “flows” well, it can be repeated and can turn into a #system.

Flowcharts can be created for a variety of things, including events, activities, tasks, and projects. It can be very effective at work to systematize processes, like what happens when a customer calls or comes in – what the process should be each time to ensure GREAT service.

If you use the same flowchart for your repeated processes, you will not leave out important details and your final project/task will turn out great each time! Make refinements and changes to your initial flowchart as you see fit to improve your systems and processes. If you feel like you’re always all over the place and you get confused by what you have to do, a flowchart will help you STAY ORGANIZED and follow a set process for success.
