The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing to determine NUP President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu's application seeking to withdraw his Election Petition against the Incumbent President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
This after Kyagulanyi's Lawyer Medard Lubega Ssegona informed the panel of nine justices led by Chief Justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo that he had no valid Practicing Certificate to be able to proceed as required by the Advocates Act.
