After beating the DS Edition of Dragon Quest V, I decided to start up the next Dragon Quest Game I was keen on experiencing and that is Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King. I decided to play the Original PS2 Console edition for this game. The 3DS version seems to offer a few nice exclusive perks, but I felt more keen on playing this DQ from the Console since I just played DQ on DS lol. (Also I am on Emulator so I have a speedup option for the PS2 version in some way) This will be my Second ever DQ game to play in its series so everything I do is all done in a blind manner. As for the videos, I will upload the Play Session as a Part like this long session being Part 1. With that mentioned, here is the start of my Journey that covers over learning the game and completing all the Events pertaining to the Farebury Town and the Waterfall Cave. Definitely was not expecting to get owned by the first boss that badly lol. Enjoy -- Watch live at / drewind_
