In this video, I show you how I diagnose a faulty cable / wire issue on a Qualcast lawnmower. The fuse and wire are always the first things I would check. Before checking the cable and especially when it is plugged into the mains and switched on, I always make sure beforehand that the entire cable is intact and has no cuts or bared wires sticking out of it. If it does then the whole cable is dangerous and would need replacing.
