Andrew Booker pleaded guilty to attempted murder Monday, admitting that he became so incensed over a broken bus that the tried to kill a guard in May 2020 at the Regional Transportation Center in Syracuse, N.Y. Booker will spend 18 years in prison under a plea agreement worked out directly with Onondaga County Judge Stephen Dougherty. Booker admitted to attempted murder and illegal weapon possession.
