When Tanya and her boyfriend broke up in Miami, Florida, they both try sharing custody of their dog. One day Tanya comes to pick up the dog from the ex-boyfriend's house and after a heated argument, the man throws the dog violently into the car and traumatizes the woman's young daughter sitting in the back.
