What is this project about?
I’m opening my own job search to you in real time—no filters, no scripts, just pure authenticity. This series is both a podcast and a vlog:

Podcast episodes: Interviews with recruiters, coaches, and career experts. We bust myths, explore gender bias, reveal top job search strategies, and also get homework that should help us move forward in our job search.

Vlog episodes: Personal, behind-the-scenes updates on my actual job applications, wins, setbacks, and everything I learn along the way, while doing homework that experts will give me on each podcast episode.

Why am I doing this?
Women still face unique challenges in the job market. I want to help break those barriers by sharing my experience—the struggles, the doubts, and the small wins. My goal? To make the job search less lonely and more empowering for anyone tuning in.
