Exercise Disclaimer
Beginners:
• Perform 2 to 3 sets of the concentration curl.
• Aim for a duration of 10 to 15 minutes daily.
• You may increase/decrease the number of sets or duration based on your ability.
Intermediate and Advanced:
• Perform 4 to 6 sets of the concentration curl.
• Aim for a duration of 20 to 30 minutes daily.
• You can also increase/decrease the sets or duration according to your fitness level.
Additional Notes:
• It’s advisable to perform this exercise twice a day, ideally in the morning and evening.
• Ensure your stomach is empty for at least 2 hours before exercising.
