The radio tower at Green Mountain is perfect. Just whack one door at the entrance and you have the whole tower to yourself!
The prison at prison island is the ideal base spot, add some gates to this tunnel and you've locked off the entire prison!
Churches are a convenient base spot, add a gate to the doorway and you have a massive space that is usually within a town.
Skalisky Island is in the south east corner of the map and is a quiet island where you can build a base in one of the houses. There are plenty of trees and lots of peace and quiet
Ever wanted to live in a castle? Well now you can! Just add a gate to this stone entrance and the whole castle tower is yours!
The huge clocktower can be blocked off at the base of the staircase, and then you own the entire building with all the floors and rooftop!
