A simple way to add strength into your yoga practice is to move with the intention of pushing or pulling during specific movements. You'll feel muscles engage in new ways that also provide increased strength and stability around the joints of your hips, knees, and shoulders. Try this slow flow yoga class to increase your strength on your yoga mat and in everyday life.
This is a full length yoga class that starts slowly from laying on the back, to gentle reclined core and leg strengthening movements, moves to hands and knees before standing, moves onto the belly, and finally some seated poses before laying down in savasana.
