"Sunrise" expresses the deepening feelings of love as a girl compares the person she loves to a sun that hasn't risen yet.

2015년 1월에 데뷔한 걸그룹 여자친구가 지난 4월 발표한 여섯 번째 미니앨범의 연장선인 두 번째 정규 앨범 [Time for us]로 돌아왔다.

'해야'는 좋아하는 사람을 아직 떠오르지 않는 '해'에 비유해 더 깊어지고 있는 소녀의 마음을 표현한 곡으로 전작 '밤'과 이어지는 서사를 담고 있다.
