Masala maggi noodles
Ingredients
1 Maggi noodles
1 masala maggi packet
1 TB oil
1 TB Butter
3-4:garlic cloves
1 sliced green chili
Chopped Vegetable
1TB carrot
1 TBcapsicum
1TB onion
1TB tomato
1/4 TS Salt
Coriander leaves for garnish
Method
Heat the kadhai then add 1 TB butter and 1 TB oil then add garlic cloves and green chili and saute for seconds then add onion, tomato, chopped vegetables and salt and saute until half cooked then add maggi masala and saute again then add water as per requirement and once it is boiled add maggi noodles. Boil until it is cooked. garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
