This Harbor Freight Battery Jump Pack died from over and under charging. In this video, we will replace the battery and splice in a pig tail to allow it to be float charged easily. With the extra wire pig tail, a high frequency, voltage ramping charger can be used to maximize the capacity and life longevity of the replacement battery. It will be good to have a high capacity jump pack available in the shop again.
