Ingredients to boiled Dhall
Dhall - 2 cup
Garlic - 8 pods
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt To Taste
Water - 2 cup
Cooking oil - 1 tbs
Ingredients for sambar powder
coriander - 60 gram
Cumin seeds - 25 gram
Fenugreek - 12 gram
Urad Dhall - 50 gram
Chana Dhall - 50 gram
Black Pepper - 12 gram
Curry Leaves - 15 gram
Asafoetida - 5 gram
Dry Chilli - 100 gram
Ingredients
Big onion 1 nos
Dry chilli - 3 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Brinjal - 2 nos
Carrot - 1 nos
Potato - 2 nos
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Sambar Powder - 2 tsp mix with water
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves - handful
Tamarind - small lemon size mix with water
Salt - To Taste
Water - 1 litre
Spices For Tempering
Cooking Oil - for frying
