Track 6 from their self-titled debut album released in 1981 copyright Chrysalis Records. It was recorded at Studios 301 and Paradise Studios in Sydney, Australia and was produced by Cameron Allan and Iva Davies. The band was formed in Sydney in 1977 and was originally named Flowers. That was their name when this album was first released in Australia but due to a copyright claim by a Scottish band, it was changed to Icehouse for the album's release in the rest of the world. Guitarist and vocalist Iva Davies was their driving force and chief songwriter and their new wave sound was centered around the use of multiple synthesizers. Keyboardist Michael Hoste was replaced by Anthony Smith during the recording sessions. The album received excellent reviews and reached No. 82 in the U.S., No. 4 in Australia and No. 2 in New Zealand. It was certified 4X Platinum in Australia and New Zealand.
