Buddy Valastro Announces Carlo's Bakery and Sienna Bakery's Collaboration at The Novi Food Show

Grand Rapids, MI, February 26, 2025 — Gordon Food Service® a leading North American distributor of products to the hospitality and foodservice industries, is proud to announce a highly anticipated collaboration with its exclusive bakery brand, Sienna Bakery® and New Jersey’s renowned Carlo’s Bakery®.

Carlo’s Bakery, based in Hoboken, is owned and operated by New York Times best-selling author and Emmy award-winning Buddy Valastro Jr. and his family. Valastro starred on the TLC hit show, “Cake Boss.” Sienna Bakery, a brand exclusively available through Gordon Food Service, offers premium bakery products and desserts for foodservice customers across North America.

This exciting collaboration will result in the launch of seven beautifully layered cakes, created by Buddy Valastro Jr., designed to elevate dessert menus and offer a unique indulgence to customers nationwide. The new cake line will include a variety of rich chocolate layers to light, fruit-forward confections, ensuring there is something for every occasion and every season. The custom-made cakes are designed to meet the high standards of the foodservice industry, offering easy transport and storage while maintaining the bakery’s signature flavor and quality.

The lineup, which will be available for order through Gordon Food Service this spring includes: Rainbow Cake, Chocolate Fudge Cake, Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Mousse Cake, Peanut Butter Mousse Cake, Cannoli Cake and Lemon Blueberry Cake.
