JOM Coilover Fitting, and review on my VW T5 lowered van

Fitting Coilovers suspension to my T5's to replace tired suspension, a comprehensive guide (Time stamps in Description) including tips which covers loads of different cars, followed by a review, are JOM coilovers any good on my newly acquired project support vehicle!
