It's exactly 13:50 the Madlanga commission re-convenes at 2 pm. After the lunch break, we've heard from the commission that the testimony of general Fannie Masemola will now focus on the arrest of Katiso Molefe and then the rest of Cat Matlala. Dr Willem Else, senior training coordinator at the institute of security studies joins again to build up to 2pm.
