The Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad sent 2 different freight trains south about 4 hours apart from Crivitz, WI. The first to go was ELS 501 SD40-2 with a shorter train, which they took slow over the derailment site I'm sure.. Then it was time for ELS 400 GP38 and ELS 1221 SD9 to pull their train south out of the Crivitz yard.
