In this video dr karthikeyan explains about the reasons for snoring (குறட்டை) by diagrammatic representation of anatomy of nose,throat and tongue structures on the white board. Further he enumerates the various reasons for snoring (kurattai reason) such as weak throat oropharyngeal muscles, tongue falling back, obesity and overweight. Finally doctor karthikeyan ends the video by explaining about the snoring treatment modalities, snoring home prevention exercises, foods to be taken to reduce snoring problem, foods to be avoided in snoring problem, appropriate methods of massaging and stretching exercise and live demonstration of various exercises to reduce snoring problem (குறட்டை).
