ABANDONED Mexican Grocery Store With EVERYTHING Left Behind

In the middle of a small town, sits an abandoned grocery store frozen in time. Over its years in operation, its reviews were never really too positive, with people constantly complaining about it being the worst supermarket they had ever seen, stating seeing overpriced goods, rude workers, and even expired meats and foods. So, when it closed in 2019, it wasn't really a surprise when it shut its doors. But the story doesn't end there; just a month later, the property was purchased by a new owner, who was convinced he could bring it back to life. New staff were hired, the store was remodeled, and for a brief moment, it seemed like it had been given a promising second chance. But then, it all fell apart. Barely two years later, in 2022, the store was closed again, this time for good. Registers still had cash in them, and shopping carts were still left mid-aisle. But one thing was overlooked - the food. Food weeks, no one had bothered, but then came the smell. And then the flies. Curious locals who tried to peer through the windows were met with an incredible biohazard. With the power gone, every fridge, every freezer, every heating unit had failed. Frozen foods had exploded, meats liquified, and produce sat molding on shelves. Hazmat crews were promptly brought in to clean the mess, aiming to clean the immediate perishables. They stripped the freezers bare, did what they could to air out the store, and then began removing nonperishables. But then, they stopped. The doors were locked again. And no further work was done.
