Take a well-used 2015 Yamaha YZ250 motocross bike and tweak it so it's perfect for some XC, woods or enduro riding and even a blast around a motocross track.
That's the goal of our latest project bike build. In this first episode, MotoHead's Dave Willet rebuilds the motor then fits some tasty mods such as a different cylinder and a cool new pipe, and bars and a whole host of Polisport plastic protection.
