Control Valve Working : The working principle of control valve is opening or closing internal passages in order to regulate the flow of a liquid or gas.
Control valves are part of a control loop that controls a process.
They are Pressure Control Valve.
Level Control Valve
Flow Control Valve
Temperature Control Valve
Control Valve Actuators : The Control Valve Actuators are Divided into 3 Types.
Pneumatic Actuators: It has Very fast Response but needs Utility like Instrument Air supply and the Maintenance is comparatively high.
Electric Actuators : It has high Current requirement and comparatively sluggish response.
Hydraulic Actuators : It has the Highest Torque providing capacity.
However, These are used only when the other 2 options are not feasible.
