Hi,
How to make Norwegian fish soup with heavy cream?
It's really easy and fast! Warm and really delicious soup for fall and winter!
ALL INGREDIENTS
▫️500 - 600 g fresh or frozen salmon fillet
▫️1 onion
▫️1-2 carrot (small)
▫️1/2 red bell pepper
▫️2 garlic cloves
▫️1 celery stick
▫️2 medium potatoes
▫️1 large or 3-4 small tomatoes
▫️2 tbsp vegetable oil
▫️1 tbsp butter
▫️2 teasp salt + extra for tasty
▫️parsley
▫️ground black pepper
▫️100-150 ml heavy cream
▫️2 lit of boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil In large heavy pot, add the butter.
2. Fry the onion for about 2 min, then add the carrot and the celery, cook it for 2 min.
3. Add the red bell pepper and the potatoes, cook it for 1-2 min.
4. Add the garlic, salt, black pepper and tomatoes. Cook it for about 2 min.
5. Add 2 lit of boiling water and 1 bay leaf, cook it for 5 min.
6. Cut skinless salmon fillet into portions and add to the vegetable broth.
7. Cook it for 10 min.
8. Add fresh parsley and heavy cream, cook it for 1 min.
9. Cover the pan with a lid and leave the soup for 10 min.
