✍️ WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:

Create a mandala inspired by tree rings or topographic maps

Integrate with reflection prompts, creative insights, and sacred pause

🎨 WHAT TO BRING:

A journal or notebook

One large sheet of paper (or tape two together!)

Markers, pens, colored pencils, crayons

Watercolors paints, brushes, water, paper towel

Glue stick or a brad for putting it all together

Tea, candles, comfort, and quiet — make it a ritual
