milk 600ml

For sugar syrup;
sugar 1/2 cup (100g)
water 1/2 cup (125ml)
small pieces of lemon

for the whipped cream:
whipping cream 200ml
powdered sugar 2tbsp (15g) – you can add more

for decoration:
some chopped pistachio
some dried rose - optional
