This is a short video as a Christmas gift for any new lathe owners.

This will work with the 1836 and the 2436
This is for other lathe owners for that may have the same issue. It is a simple fix and you will be glad you did it.
I got tired of not having a way of holding the spindle lock in while trying put a bowl blank on or getting a chuck off.
So I came up with this solution. It works great for me and I think it would for anyone. Plus it takes no drilling and tapping of your lathe head.
This is not a real review but I feel the Laguna is a great lathe for the price. And with working with Laguna with some other small issues they have been great. I give them top rating on that.
