Insight Part 2: Training at the Harrow School of Shotokan Karate.(HD).
The Harrow School of Shotokan Karate (at Harrow Leisure Centre) is the main (Hombu) dojo and Headquarters of the IASK.
This second half of the video focuses more on the Harrow clubs as they operate today, and contains comments by senior instructors and students from the classes. These interviews are introductions to some of the instructors for newcomers, where they explain their interest and motivation in the art, and what they (still) gain from their training and this club. Younger members provide their views on the training and how they feel it benefits them individually.
So if you’re after overall personal development, such as better concentration, health and fitness, strengthening of mind and body, social activity, self-defence and discipline, enhancing self-confidence .. or simply learning a new skill for fun, then the IASK Shotokan Karate classes can help you explore or develop these dimensions further.
Please contact Sensei Adamou for more information or come along to watch or take part in one of the beginner classes at the Harrow Leisure Centre, or on other IASK classes, soon; details are included below.
