Bert gives Robert the lowdown on the Women In Blue. Thanks to Edward, Lorena can't get a bank loan. The WIB enlist the police commissioner's wife as an honorary member. Tiff gives Frisco the gossip line on Stephie & Josh. Pirelli sends a top notch ENT to evaluate Frisco's condition. Robert comes home for lunch but quickly does an about face when Holly protests his chauvinistic attitude.
