The Romulan Star Empire returned to the confront the United Federation of Planets in the late 24th century, bringing with them the unseen D'Deridex Warbird at the head of their Navy. A formidable powerhouse that could rival a Galaxy class easily, the large Romulan battle cruiser is there to be seen when it wants to be, and undetectable when cloaked. But why did the Romulans make it? Was it for Starfleet or the Borg?
