Ingredients:
4-5 Medium size raw banana
2tomatoes
1tsp grated ginger
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp roasted chana
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 pinch hing
4-5 black pepper seeds
1 potato
1 green chilli
5 curry leaves
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Bonus tip: Don't leave cooked veggies in iron kadai it changes colour and taste and veggies will appear black immediately transfer to another pot once cooked or cook in stainless steel or mud pot specifically vegetables like banana, sweet potato etc
