Smartkey locks are a pain in the butt for locksmiths time and time again. Make sure you are aware of every bypass and technique available to make these jobs a walk in the park. Resetting a smartkey lock when keys have been lost used to require tearing it apart with lots of springs and little pieces.
In this video I show how to easily make a key for a smartkey lock without even taking it off the door. Thats right, thanks to Mr Lishi, we are able to use the KW1 Lishi tool to easily decode this lock to cut a key for.
